Hose Application: Tubing

Smaller diameter hoses often used in flexible tubing applications. Compare the features to see which flexible tubing hose is best for your application.
  • ET1 is an LLDPE Polyethylene Tubing that is economical and lightweight, and stands up to environmental stress cracking and higher pressures. The chemically inert linear low density polyethylene is also a food grade material. 1/8" to 3/4" diameters. -50F to 140F.
  • PT2 is a crystal clear unreinforced PVC hose with a smooth interior. FDA, USDA grade. 1/16" to 2" diameters. 25F to 150F.
  • PT1 is a clear PVC hose tubing with a polyester yarn braid reinforcment for higher pressures. FDA grade and drinking water suitable. 1/4" to 2" diameters. 0 DEG - 140 DEG F.
  • PT5 is a clear PVC tubing with a wire reinforcment for higher vacuum, higher pressures, and added flexiblility without kinking. FDA, USDA, and 3A. 3/8" to 2" diameters. 25F to 150F.
  • The Model CS1 is a high quality and very sturdy sanitary silicone hose for food and pharmaceutical service that can be cleaned in place. 1/4" to 4" diameters. -76F - 356F.
  • RO1 is a top quality multipurpose hose for use with convenient push-on fittings that require no tools. It has an oil and heat resistant nitrile tube and neoprene oil resistant cover. All sizes are 300psi and RMA Class A. 1/4" to 3/4" diameters. -40F to 190F.
  • TS1 is a smooth bore PTFE hose with a stainless steel braiding. It is lightweight, and handles a very broad range of chemicals at relatively high pressures. It is used in applications where continual large bending is not required. 3/16" to 1-1/4" diameters. -65F to 450F.
  • UT1 is a transparent, flexible, abrasion and impact resistant tubing hose with an open mesh braid within the wall for pressure applications. NSF 61 listed. Handles oils, fuels, and water based materials. 1/4" to 1" diameters. -90F to 175F.
