They are available with smooth or convoluted bores, braided in stainless or other materials, or rubber covered. All can be made with a complete variety of fittings, and with a number of other options.

TS2 PUREFLEX PTFE SMOOTH BORE HOSE The TS2 PureFlex® SmoothFlex™ is a smooth bore PTFE hose with stainless steel or polypropylene braid reinforcement that is designed for a wide range of chemical resistant and high purity applications. The hose is available in standard white, and also anti-static black PTFE where electrostatic dissipation is required. TC2 PUREFLEX PTFE CONVOLUTED HOSE The TC2 PureFlex® MultiFlex™ combines excellent flexibility with a high pressure rating with open pitch spiral PTFE convolutions. FDA approved materials meet or exceed Pharmacopoeia class VI and 3A standards. It is available in static-dissipating tube option, and with stainless steel or polypropylene braid. 1/2" to 3" diameters. -65F to 450F. -
TC3 PUREFLEX PTFE CONVOLUTED HOSE The TC3 PureFlex® Ultra-Flex Convoluted PTFE Hose for Heavy Duty Applications is made with the thickest seamless PTFE liner in the industry and offers the largest size range. It is available in a static dissipating tube option, and with stainless steel or polypropylene braid. 1/2" to 6" diameters. -65F to 450F. -
TC4 PUREFLEX PFA CONVOLUTED HOSE The TC4 PureFlex® ProFlex™ PFA offers very long lengths up to 1,000 feet, excellent chemical resistance, and flexibility. PFA has the same chemical and temperature resistance as PTFE and much better flex life than FEP. ProFlex industrial grade PFA was designed for customer applications that don't require or need pharmaceutical grade hose. It is available with stainless steel or polypropolyene braid. 1/2" to 3" diameters. -65F to 450F. -
TR3 PUREFLEX FEP RUBBER COVERED HOSE The TR3 PureFlex® FlexChem is a versatile, rubber covered FEP-lined transfer hose. This smooth bore FEP hose with its smooth EPDM rubber cover is easy to handle and resists abrasion and chemical attack while it facilitates easy cleanability. FlexChem series hose is available in white FEP or a PTFE conductive black liner where electrostatic dissipation is required. The FEP liner can be factory flared through: flanges; sanitary fittings; male and female cams. 1/2" to 4" diameters. -40F to 350F. -
TS5 PUREFLEX PTFE BRAIDED SMOOTH HOSE The TS5 PureFlex® Nexus™ is the Ultimate PTFE Hose, as it combines the best features of smooth bore and convoluted hose into one incredible flexible product; Nexus™. The smooth I.D. allows for outstanding clean-ability, and the convoluted O.D. allows for excellent flexibility. The Nexus™ is then covered in a 316 Stainless or polypropylene braiding. 3/4" to 2" diameters. -
