Hose Material: PTFE

PTFE hoses are used in a variety of demanding applications throughout industry where chemical inertness or purity is important. They are available with smooth bores or convoluted, braided or rubber covered. Compare the features below.
  • TS1 is a smooth bore PTFE hose with a stainless steel braiding. It is lightweight, and handles a very broad range of chemicals at relatively high pressures. It is used in applications where continual large bending is not required. 3/16" to 1-1/4" diameters. -65F to 450F.
  • TC1 is a convoluted PTFE hose with a stainless steel braiding. The convolutions provide a far tighter bend radius than the smooth bore alternatives. It is lightweight, and handles a very broad range of chemicals at relatively high pressures. 1/2" to 4" diameters. -65F to 400F.
  • TR2 is a rubber covered, smooth bore FEP hose. It handles a very broad range of chemicals and is used in countless tough chemical, pharmaceutical and sanitary applications. 1/2" to 3" diameters. -30F to 300F.
  • MC2 composite special chemical hose is very flexible, and has multiple layers of construction which safely prevent sudden catastrophic failure. PTFE inner liner. 1" to 4" diameters. -40F to 250F
  • The Model TR4 is a premium grade rubber covered PTFE hose that provides the ultimate flexibility with a convoluted profile. It is perfect for continuous bending in countless chemical applications. 1/2" to 2" diameters.
