RH2 RUBBER MATERIAL HANDLING HOSE

The Model RH2 is a versatile and rugged highly abrasive resistant smooth bore rubber pipe hose used for slurries and dry materials that can be cut to fit.  It is used with our split high grade aluminum 150# flanges, sold separately, which bolt together and conform to the outer convolutions for a secure field fit. 

This remarkable hose system can be cut to fit in the field in minutes with no welding required, and is usually composed of a thick gum rubber liner and SBR cover, although any elastomer are available.  Installation instructions are included with the submittal below.

As an alternative to steel pipe, it absorbs vibration, noise, misalignment, and some thermal expansion.

Lengths up to 60 feet.  Temperature range is -25F to 180F
