MC1 COMPOSITE CHEMICAL HOSE

The Model MC1 is a very flexible composite chemical hose is designed for in-plant liquid transfer, tank truck delivery, rail car loading, and other chemical applications.  This premium hose is designed for full suction, and is lightweight, flexible, and easy to handle.

It is constructed with multiple plies of polypropylene films and polyester vapor barriers, which lead to "fail safe" safety.  The multiple layers of construction require a surpentine path for liquid to leak, preventing sudden catastrophic failure.  Special crimped fittings also result in leak free assemblies every time.

The MC1 comes standard with a polypropylene coated inner wire, and galvanized steel outer wire.  variations are available with stainless steel inner and outer wires.

A special chemical version is available with the MC2 hose with has a PTFE lining.

Temperature range is -40F to 140F.
